As a highly customer-focused Functional Analyst, you are dedicated to aiding our clients in achieving a customer-centric approach. You possess the unique ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in functional analysis and extensive expertise in Salesforce, including certifications in SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and/or SFDC Marketing Cloud, you are a valuable asset to our team. Your willingness to master CPQ complements your existing skillset. You serve as a trusted resource for both team members and clients, drawing on your extensive experience. Fluent in Dutch (or French) and English, you are recognized by your colleagues as a motivated and proactive team player who consistently initiates and elevates our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge of Salesforce, with certifications in SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and/or SFDC Marketing Cloud, to drive solutions that enhance customer experiences.
  • CPQ Mastery: Embrace the opportunity to become proficient in CPQ, expanding your skillset to address broader customer needs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Serve as the go-to resource for team members and clients, drawing on your wealth of experience to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in functional analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including certifications in SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and/or SFDC Marketing Cloud.
  • Willingness to acquire expertise in CPQ.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to cater to various audience backgrounds and objectives.
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and collaborate effectively within a team.
